The annual HOA Homeowner Inspections were completed May 3-4, 2012 and the Violation Notice letters were sent out by our management company (GHA) June 20, 2012.

 

If you received a HOA Violation Notice letter, please response to the GHA Management by either faxing back your paperwork or emailing your scanned documents to the address indicated on the letter. 

 

If you did not receive a HOA Violation Notice letter, Congratulations, your house did not have significant violations that required correction.  Thank you in advance
